If you’ve been following my blog, you know that I am gluten free & dairy free (actually the list goes on but I don’t want you to feel sorry for me). That said when a friend brings THREE plates of chocolate chip cookies for a taste test, I can’t let her down! Shirl Gard, is an extraordinarily talented pastry chef, with a rich career history, and a wonderful flair for tying stories in with her recipes and pastry photos. What a treat when she joined our writers’ group!
